Parts Origin: Are all the proposed parts MV Agusta Original Parts?

All the MV Agusta OEM parts we propose are genuine, original MV Agusta parts, straight from Varese. The same goes for the MV Agusta Corse accessories. We do however propose accessories from trusted suppliers other than MV Agusta, but they will never have MV Agusta or MV Agusta Corse in the article name or description, nor will they carry any of the MV Agusta logo's. We admire the technical beauty of MV Agusta products and deeply respect intellectual property. Consequently, we are strongly opposed to counterfeiting! 

Delivery times: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

For MV Agusta OEM parts, we rely on the shipping time of MV Agusta Motor Spa. Normally, we receive your parts within 7-9 working days after your order confirmation. We ship as soon as we have received all the parts in your order. You will always receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel. 

Aftermarket parts that we have in stock can be shipped quickly, for items in back-order we count around 5 working days between order confirmation and shipment. Please inquire for exact info.

 

Shipping Cost: How is the shipping cost calculated?

Our system computes the shipping cost based on the total weight and volume of the parcel, and its destination. We do not make money on the shipping, the contrary is often true, but overseas shipping from the Benelux can be expensive.

 

Insurance: Is my package insured?

Yes, we always insure our packages at no extra cost and we will replace any lost parcels at no extra cost.

 

Colour Code: Where can I find the colour code for my bike?

It should be noted in Owners'Manual. Alternatively, it is indicated on a sticker on the right side of the fuel tank, under the cover in front of the seat. On F4-models, it is also indicated on a sticker under the seat unit.
